With 15 years’ experience in market research, Darryl’s accumulated knowledge helps Impact to be an inspiring and motivational company for its clients and staff. Starting out as a telephone interviewer after a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies, Darryl has worked in a number of agencies over the years in a wide variety of sectors and methodologies.


Darryl’s primary role is assisting clients with what their customers think and providing real nuggets of insight and managing project briefs and proposals.


Darryl maintains a strategic overview of client relationships and current projects, taking the lead on designing proposals to respond to client needs. 


He is an Associate member of the MRS.
