Back in 2010 whilst working for independent research agency Holden Pearmain, Darryl Swift, an experienced Research Director, recognised client demand for a truly collaborative partnership was going unmet, and spotted a gap in the market for a new, energetic, flexible and committed agency; an indispensable partner that would not only deliver meaningful insight, but also support their client successfully articulate the story and influence an informed response.

Launch into the Smart Home Technology sector supported by publication of 2018 UK Smart Home Technology report and inaugural webinar

Impact Health Ltd, under the stewardship of Director Jamie Margerison is established, following demand for highly specialised and sensitive research services from global pharmaceutical, consumer health, life sciences, device and diagnostic sectors

Darryl Swift conceives and launches Impact Research Ltd. with David Pearmain and Michael Brainch, an independent full-service research agency with expertise and knowledge in the food and beverage, shopper, and utilities sectors
